Are you an entrepreneur uncertain of the future with AI?

Do you feel overwhelmed at AI innovation and don't know if your business will do well?

Below are 9 ways for you to ensure your success in the Wild West of AI innovation:

I'll start with a story to paint a picture of the amazing world we're living in.

There's a massive trend happening in the AI community.

They're fine-tuning AI models, not only on the best data sets, but also on series' of actions, making them active agents.

Chatbots won't just be chatbots, they'll be autonomous actors doing everything we would do online.

And they'll be better at those tasks than us.

Performing at the highest skill levels and at the fastest speeds.

I'm curious if you'd agree with this

Innovation is accelerating faster than we can imagine.

To stay relevant as creators in the AI space, it's best to continually expand on our idea of what's possible.

Some people will make a generous income setting up Dante chatbots with proprietary data from the companies they consult for.

But even with adding that data, within a few months, there may be an agent built by a tech company that has 10x better data AND can do actions.

What seems to matter in this trend of speeding up innovation, is the context you and you LLMs and agents are in.

Meaning, the data that your agent/chatbot uses for it's brains, the intricacy of the actions it can do, and how it does them.

As agents are being trained to exceed our intelligence in both thought and activity, what type of entrepreneur will thrive?

This is the question to ask now. Not later.

1. Proprietary data. A hospital system can discover insights using their patient data.

2. Unique Integrations & Workflows. Many successful people will find valuable processes to automate.

3. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge will enable you to manage AI in that area.

4. Creativity: AI expands linearly/exponentially. Outside-the-box thinking will give you the chance to innovate in unexplored territory.

5. Social skills: Those who can build relationships and sell ideas will thrive.

6. Resourcefulness: Discovering new data and integrating it will be like collecting gold in 1848.

7. Patentable IP: If you can legally protect your innovation, then you become a monopoly.

8. Speed & Agility: Rapidly training agents/LLMs can put you at the front of the race of intelligence.

9. Aligned Values: Align your values with humanity and our ethics to build priceless trust and loyalty.
